New Darwin House

Darwin esplanade

Hi All!

Here are some preliminary photos of our new place in Darwin.
Note: They are just temporary ones to keep you happy until we get our furniture on February 9th and can take some better photos to show off our new set up.

So far all is well with our cute little unit. It has a nice backyard where you hear birds and frogs in the morning and often see little lizards skittering around. The inside is nicely done, and although quite a bit smaller than our last one, hopefully everything will fit in. We've met a couple of neighbours already who seem nice, and one of my classmates lives 2 doors down.

Can't wait to get all the rest of our stuff up so that we can settle in permanently though.

Also, once we get the phone and internet set-up we'll hopefully make up a blog page for our trip through the centre, as well as our initial shots and thoughts of Darwin.

In the mean time, ciao all! Craig and Elisabeth

Random Adelaide Photos 4

Here are a couple pictures for those of you who doubt that we do any work over here...

It's all very serious...

well, most of the time anyway!

Cath and Jill doing their OSCE practice while the boys are working in the shed.

And as you see the pictures are pretty boring! So I think we'll continue just posting fun pictures and you'll have to trust us that we actually DO do work.

Deep Creek Camping

We finally managed to get in our Deep Creek camping trip in November. It was lovely.

Christmas at Bedford Park and in the Grampians

After a small Adelaide pre-Christmas, Craig and I joined Matt and Pam for Christmas with their family in Bendigo. A great 'chrissy' with the usual excessive amounts of yummy food, and lots of great games and relaxation time. Thanks Matt, Pam and family!

On the way home we stopped in the Grampians for a brief camping stay - just enough to wet our appetites for more time there in the future.

Check out our Grampians page for photos - there are a few too many for this page.

Last days at Morialta
Before heading out of Adelaide we managed one last trip to Morialta with Michael.

Planning the route

Letting the pros go first!

To see the live action version check out my video. It's not quite a clean climb, but it's kinda fun anyway - if your computer can handle the download time. And if you can tell me how to get the picture right side up, please let me know!
