Hat Head 2011

Nan did a great job babysitting.

Attack of the green dummy frog!!

Quality Pop time.

Hat Head - with the marquee set up, it was time to check the place out and enjoy a week of good times.

Paparazzi shot of Lis walking Maddy in her 1960 pram, it was great for rocking her to sleep.

Little soldier crabs... Lis's favorite :-)

Time for the nighttime activities to begin - drinks with some old Yanco boys and Uni friends.

Cousin Matt with little Alana in her bear coat, very cute.

Master Chef Al and Don

Nice morning walk along the beach before Maddy's first swim... well wetting of the legs.

A very watchful Nan...

Our Roxy surf chick nice and content post swim

Looking towards Hat Head from Smoky Cape Lighthouse.

Mouth of Hat Head Creek, great spot for kids of all ages.

Gaz catching a bit of surf just off Hat Head Creek mouth.

Drew and Linda enjoying a beach walk.

Down to business... time for some rock fishing.

Al hooks onto something decent, it was a small Jewie.

Drew with his "soapy" Jewie caught off the high rock on the island.

The local professional fisherman net mullet in the bay.

Alana enjoying a beach walk with Dad.

Coffee time at S.W. Rocks

Down on the Island, our one last chance at getting some tailor. No luck- unfortunately the fishing wasn't great but still worth giving it a go. It was a bit of a swim across to the island, lucky it wasn't too cold.

Mine's bigger.....

Birthday lunch for Uncle Don.

The North American girls enjoy some Aussie beach time :-)

What a holiday spot!!

Ah.... I'll be back some day says Drew :-)
At the end of April Craig's cousin Drew and Linda organised a get-together at Hat Head caravan park as a post wedding celebration for Aussie friends and family. This was something Craig wasn't going to miss and the timing coincided well for us to introduce our little Maddy to some of her relatives.
We flew down to Coffs Harbour a week early to have some time with Nan and Pop.

On our way we had a quick stop off in Sydney, and caught up with Vanessa and Hadley.
